Client Information:
- Contact Details: name, phone/mobile number, email address, address
- Identification: passport, driver’s licence
- About You: location, family, children’s ages, special needs, lifestyle (e.g., fully -staffed, frequent travellers etc to help find the right candidate)
- Vacancy: job role (to be filled), start date, contract length, live-in/out, daily, part or full-time, permanent, temporary, duties, days and hours of work, accommodation (if applicable), holidays, benefits, salary
- Candidate: essential, preferred requirements (in terms of experience, qualifications, skills etc., )
- Other: relevant information you may wsh to share
How We Use Your Information
Candidate Information
- To contact you regarding your application/enquiry to register, arrange interviews and provide updates on progress and outcomes
- To learn more about you via interview, exploring your work history, gaps, skills, what you are looking for, salary, etc., to consider you for roles that match what you are looking for
- To offer a fair and transparent process for assessing candidates’ suitability (e.g. qualifications, experience) and the requirements that clients have specified for the position or positions to be filled
- To carry out “right to work” checks to comply with legalities
- To assess your qualifications, tests and courses completed to match you with vacancies and as part of our regulatory registration process
- To contact referees as part of the regulatory registration process
- To present your anonymised CV to clients (for safety, equality and diversity) for roles that match what you are seeking and the client is looking for
- To share personal data where you, the candidate has been offered the job by the client for the purpose of legal and essential requirements
- To share your phone number or/and other communication method with a client once shortlisted to allow interviews to take place
- To contact you for feedback on interviews
Client Information
- To contact you regarding your enquiry and registration, to send you candidate profiles (no personal data) that match your requirements, arrange interviews and provide updates, and request feedback on candidate interviews
- To compose a job description to attract and send to candidates that is generic (no personal data), such as role type, location, ages of children, summary of duties, hours and days of work, salary and candidate essential requirements etc.
- To share your method of communication to enable interviews to go ahead with your consent
- To provide you with an invoice, to request and process your payment for the services received, and providing a receipt as confirmation of payment.
- To process data for the service we provide and to comply with legal requirements when you have used our services to employ/hire (used in exchangeably) a candidate, only for as long as is necessary
