Candidate Credentials and Screening
Our candidates are highly experienced with many holding a nationally recognised childcare qualification or degree. All our professional teachers are qualified (B.Ed./PGCE with QTS), and those who trained outside the UK will be certified from their home country. We are meticulous with our screening process from interviews to verifying qualification, Identity, reference and DBS checks. We will not place anyone without a DBS and require candidates to possess a Paediatric First Aid Training certificate or to obtain one prior to the start of employment.

Client registration process
There are several methods to register your vacancy. For example:
We will contact you by telephone to discuss your your registration in further detail and happy to answer any questions you may have.
We source candidates from our database or from reputable industry websites to find the most suitable candidate. We believe in quality candidates over quantity, and will carefully select those against the criteria provided to us during consultation. Once shortlisted, we present their profiles to you. After a few days, or as soon as you are ready, we ask for feedback and who you would like to interview.
Choosing your candidate
Once you have chosen your ideal candidate, we advise a trial period, especially if you have for example, two great candidates; a trial will certainly help in your decision making.
The final step is to cover all legalities, such as the contract between yourself (client) and the candidate you choose to employ. Sample contracts can be provided on request. Fees are paid to the agency for the service provided, to be paid in full prior to the candidate starting employment.
Post placement support
We offer post placement support to all our clients for as long as you need us and most notably during the probationary period. We will contact you during this period to ensure the placement is a success and to smooth out any issues should they arise to enable a happy and long lasting progessional working relationship with your Childcarer, Educational or Household member of staff.
